Refund Policy.
Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted. An order may be refunded in full or in part if the product is damaged by the courier service or if the order received does not match the product marked on the order placed.
In the event that the product has been damaged by the courier service, the customer must send photos of the package and the damaged product in order to proceed with the refund. A 100% refund will be made in the event that the product has been damaged and cannot be consumed. Some bottles, especially cork ones, due to their nature, may present small leaks during transport and this concept is not a reason for a refund, since both parties accept that this is an inherent risk of the product.
In the event that the customer has received the wrong product, he/she may keep the product that he/she received by mistake and will receive 50% compensation as a credit in our store on the value of the product that he/she did not receive, and this may be used in his/her next purchase.
